The production base of ESKM heat exchange is the production sites of AK ESKM Corporation, which allow to process more than 750 tons of metal per month. The factory complex is one of the leading in metalworking in the Krasnodar Territory.

    These are three production buildings, where more than 7000 tons of metal are processed per year. For the last three years, the factory increased the production capacity twice.
     
    Metal structures workshop – is the most numerous, more than 100 professionals employ in the relevant specialties today.
  • ЦехаHot galvanizing workshop
    The productivity of hot galvanizing workshop is 5000 tons of metal structures per year.
    ESKMI factory uses the technology and the equipment of English company HASCO-Thermic, which allows to apply covering with thickness up to 200 mkm.
  • ЦехаWorkshop of optional equipment (OE)
    Workshop of optional equipment (OE) – production equipped with modern welded aggregate and metal-working machines with numerical program control.
    ESKM takes into account the specific of each object, and products at the factory are often manufactured individually for a concrete thermal or nuclear power plant.
  • ЦехаPainting workshop
    Today, painting workshop is equipped with a linear complex of surface preparation and coverings by various methods (powder and liquid paint and varnish materials) with automated control system of model TR-F-VE-AP-NS of TAISS S.r.l. (Italy).
     
    This complex allows to apply all types of paint and varnish coverings (epoxy, organosilicate, alkyd, etc.) of wide range of application (chemically resistant, heat-resistant, radiation-resistant and deactivated), of any thickness and color. The productivity of line dyeing by liquid paint and varnish materials are 5000 tons of items per year.

    The following equipment was installed: HEDELIUS milling center (Germany). sheet bending rollers with CNC CIM (South Korea), press for stamping plates with the appropriate tooling. The new production site will allow launching mass production with the maximum share of Russian components.

Each product in the heat exchanger undergoes step-by-step quality control, and the product as a whole is tested on an approved process hydraulic test installation.

Coloring

Painting is carried out in a specialized workshop with thorough surface preparation and final drying in the chambers.

Packaging

Product packaging occurs in a specially designed container with the requirements for protection against external influences.
 

Milestones ESKM heat transfer

  • 2009год The beginning of assembly of collapsible plate heat exchangers on the basis of components of the company FUNKE GmbH (Germany) in the shop of non-standard equipment.
  • 2012год
    Production of all components for heat exchangers with the exception of plates and seals.
  • 2014год
    The beginning of cooperation with the German company GESMEX (Germany) for the production of shell-and-plate heat exchangers.
  • 2017год Signing a license agreement for the manufacture of intensified heat exchangers Spin Cell
  • 2018год Launch of a separate heat exchange equipment shop focused on the production of a wide range of heat exchangers: collapsible and welded lamellar, shell-and-plate, shell-and-tube, lamella (water-air), intensified.
